Living With Gratitude

This year will be my second year of 'living with Gratitude'. The Gratitude Diary designed by Morthern Spears, a lady I met some seven years ago, is, simply a beautiful way to remember the power of gratitude in my life, day, after day, after day.

Morthern's own journey included a gratitude event when she recovered from a terrible case of chronic fatigue syndrome, assisted along the way by one of our water alkalizers. So when I use my diary I always think of her and what brought her to this wonderful project, her Gratitude diary.

Now in its second year, all the small imperfections of her first issue have been sorted out, namely better non-gloss leaves for better writing - even though I do admit some days to a reluctance to despoil the beautiful page I open for the day!

Morthern only prints 2500 a year and has kindly allowed us to offer it to you this year.

It's hard back, with wonderful month-beginning pics, gratitude-supporting quotes, plus everything you expect from a good diary.

And there's one more thing: when people see me carrying my Gratitude diary into a meeting, they always ask me what it is; a wonderful opportunity to talk about gratitude in my life!
